Broaching
The company has two broaching and a large tools warehouse to perform various profiles. It 'also available a CNC 4-axis shaper with 350mm stroke for individual pieces or small lots or particular profiles.
In this case, the dedicated tool is made in only three working days, allowing the creation of prototypes or special profiles in a very short time, which is impossible with a conventional hobbing machine because of the supply time of the tools.
